Dr. Franz has over 25 years of global experience in the telecommunications, aerospace, and electronic industries. He has held management positions in research and development, engineering, business development, marketing and sales at Lockheed Martin and General Electric before forming his own company in 2002.

Dr. Franz received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria and his Executive MBA from Rutgers University, Newark, NJ. He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) and currently the treasurer of the SCTE South Jersey Meeting Group. He has served as a program evaluator on the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). Dr. Franz is the author of several technical papers and business articles and holds two patents. Dr. Franz is active in local community and service activities and is a member of the Princeton Corridor Rotary Club.

Dr. Franz has over 25 years of engineering and program management experience in the telecommunications, aerospace, and broadband media industries. She has worked at the General Electric Research and Development Center, at Lockheed Martin Commercial Space Systems and at SES Americom on projects and programs ranging from semi-conductor process development and simulations, satellite design, integration and test, and launch to IPTV development. At Lockheed Martin she held engineering leadership positions on the EOS-AM and A2100 satellite projects. At GE Americom she was responsible for satellite program management from requirements definition through spacecraft launch. She was the product development manager for the IPTV project IP PRIME™ at SES Americom, responsible for the successful deployment of black-out management and video-on-demand.

Dr. Franz received her PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria. She is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). She has received numerous management awards for her contributions to the successful completion of projects. Dr. Franz is the author of several technical papers.

Sergio Nicli has been in the communications and pay media security business for the past 25 years. He has held various executive management positions with Zenith Electronics Corporation, from Engineering and Manufacturing Manager in the Mexican Production and Repair Facilities to Director of LA Sales for the Network Systems Division manufacturing CATV decoders and pay television products. He has also held positions of LA Sales Director for Motorola Broadband Products and Irdeto Access Conditional Access products.

Sergio Nicli received his BS in Industrial Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Chihuahua, Mexico.

Bryan Morgan has over 13 years experience in sales and program management in the broadcast, satellite and communication industries. At Andrew Corporation he was responsible for technical and sales support for broadcast and earth station products. At MCL Incorporated and Comtech Xicom Technology, he provided high power TWT & SSPA satellite uplink amplifiers to a variety of programs. As regional sales manager at Frontline Communications, Bryan tripled his overall sales, closed the largest single order in company history to a major foreign broadcaster and was recognized as the leading sales manager in 2009.

Bryan Morgan received his BS in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
